The Director of Client Development is the business representative with whom a client has the most one-on-one interaction with. The DCD is responsible for ensuring the needs of our clients are being met and the POE team is responding to client expectations. PREPARATION

- Qualified to legally drive a commercial van or box truck, operate dock, and other warehouse equipment

- Develops, distributes, and manages all purchase related forms preserving the design specifications and scope of services, accurately translating the pricing strategies, and aligning delivery times with project schedules
- Proactively monitors and effectively communicates order information to members and clients, as well as project information to ours partner to manage risks and guide the process to success
- Facilitates and resolves product and project issues with our vendors related to pricing, lead times, shipping, receiving, damage, punch, and warranties to protect client and P·O·E from absorbing avoidable costs
- Coordinates invoicing requirements to align with firm goals, project progress, client requirements, and accounting processes, as well as resolves aging invoices collaboratively
INSTALLATION CLOSEOUT
- Serves as the nucleus between clients and multiple internal teams to facilitate warranty and installation closeout
- Creates and provides updated drawings to specify project closeout action items
- Crafts the arrangement of activities to ensure the installation is completed effectively, efficiently, and skillfully

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator supports our selling teams and is responsible for the entire sales order fulfillment process including creating initial quotes and management of orders from order entry through punch list. Once the order is purchased, customer communication is key to success in client satisfaction and order fulfillment.

PROCESS CONTROL
- Maintain our NPP process to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
- Ensure PO’s, Proposal Sign offs and deposits are received prior to order placement
- Make sure information is handed off between roles within the team and communicated with clients
- Managing Invoicing & taking ownership of the monthly billing forecast
- Setting up information property in Khameleon when creating projects
- Following protocol in setting up project folders for all new projects
- Maintenance of all vendor & client info in Khameleon
- Reviews and proofs vendor order acknowledgement details; ship to, bill to, contract number, pricing and produce specs for completeness
- Sends purchase orders to manufacturers and installers with required details and dates
- Manage warranty claims and customer service needs
ORDER MANAGEMENT

MODELING

- Collaborates with clients through technology and presentation tools, such as design in real time, to work through a suitable design solution, including floor plans, product selections, and finish selections
- Stays up to date with the latest products and industry research
SPECIFICATIONS
- Accountable for translating the design solution into specification information, including product, finish, and pricing details, ensuring the quality of our solutions is efficient and consistent with the client expectations
- Communicates specification information with manufacturer partners to receive accurate product quotes
- Utilizes design programs, especially Spec, to accurately record specification information to allow for order placement
- Double checks all product specifications with a team member before order placement, confirming the product, pricing, design intent, product intent, and space requirements are aligned and accurate
INSTALLATION DRAWINGS
- Converts 2D and 3D client drawings into field ready installation drawings, including site information, product information, proper layout of product in space, and other communication tools to clearly communicate design intent
- Collaborates with installation manager to communicate design and ensure drawings are approved and ready to use before installation
