POE would like to congratulate Kimberly Winters on her promotion to Director of Operations!

Kim has been with POE for just under two years and she brings with her an eclectic and impressive background. She has owned her own business – a scrapbook boutique, worked in retail and sales, and she has a portfolio of investment properties. All of this while raising three children on her own has given Kim project management superpowers and she has been a huge asset to our organization as an installation manager.

It was a natural progression for Kim to move into the Director of Operations role because of her attention to detail, work ethic and enthusiasm for the job. “I am the lucky one because I get to see the fireworks that everyone in the organization has worked so hard to prepare. I see a space in its raw state and then I get to witness the completed project in a very short span of time” says Kim.

Kim is optimistic about the future of POE and our WDI team. She says; “I am excited to grow our WDI team. We have great people and great potential to expand this segment of our company.”

Kim grew up in Portland, Oregon, has lived in Chicago, Spain, and settled in St. Louis twenty years ago. She is looking forward to being an empty-nester soon and is so proud to have all her kids off to college.
